The Eclipsing of Aquarian Era Energies, A Super Nova Explosion & Tips for Managing It All
With just a few days till the New Moon-Partial Solar Eclipse, I know you are feeling the intense build up of next level energies! Believe me, we are all feeling it!!
But what the heck are we feeling? And what the *bleep* do we do with it?
Well, I am going to attempt to answer both these questions, as well as, share a bit more info that I have been downloading from my ethereal team. First, I recommend you brew a fresh pot of java and settle into a quiet comfy space. We have a lot to cover and it is critical you honor your higher self with the opportunity to reflect and digest it all to ensure it resonates with your own truth. Never give your power away by accepting my truth or anyone else's without checking it against your higher self's truth.
....Alrighty! Let's get to it....
I'll start with the shortest summary possible of all the energy shifts since my last energy update email about 4 month ago. For those who are receiving their first energy update email or if you need a refresher of the mega shifts since the Tonga Volcanic Eruption, I have attached a PDF of the previous emails. (*if anyone has energy update emails prior to 2022 or the short lived blog posts, I would love copies. I accidentally tossed them in a mega purging and now want them for a new project)
The latest round of energy shifts have been about ripping the duct tape (more than a band aid) off our illusions of control and revealing the flaws in the outdated power structure paradigms. Previously in our evolution of consciousness and societal structures the old paradigms were necessary. But like all living entities we grow/evolve/ascend and so we have outgrown them. Like the caterpillar outgrowing and breaking out of the cocoon, we are breaking out of our safety nets. It is critical to recognize that it is the breaking out process that builds our strength, confidence and provides an experience of understanding the greater path. Just as the butterfly develops muscular and cardiovascular strength by breaking through the cocoon. Without the struggle of breaking through he would not develop the ability to fly.
Let's cover a few recent events and how they are part of cocoon dismantling...
1. Roe v Wade Overturned- revealed the depth of imbalance between masculine and feminine energies. Brought a host of traumas about procreation to surface for healing. They came up from all directions: Past life, current life, generational lines, collective. As well as, all angles: Force, lack of power, loss, grief, burden, longing, value, worth, pain of all kinds, etc. All of this must be addressed for us to rebalance their sense of personal power and in turn rebalance the collective. We have a lot more work to do here, obviously. For now, the focus is on personal healing and seeing the greater purpose.
2. The Transition of Queen Elizabeth II - this was a marking of the death of the old Paternal paradigm - a royal bloodline that cares for its subjects as a parent cares for a child. While the monarch had no direct power, people still looked to it for nurturing, care and protection. We must recognize we are not children. It is time to embrace our responsibility for our own care, to empower ourselves. This is the core shift that must take place for us to fully move into the new paradigms.
3. Russian War on Ukraine - A perfect example of the imbalance of ego and power of governance. The old power structure of domination to maintain a sense of security is based in primitive brain fear. Refer to attached past email for reference. It's now important to note this is playing out in different ways in countries all over the world, including America.
4. USA Capitol Riot Investigation & Public Hearings - exposure of the broken paradigms the country was founded on and an opportunity for our reckoning of our collective soul as the wayshower in democracy, personal responsibility of governance and freedom.
So much more has happened but this is plenty to see the themes. Now let's get to the Eclipical Energy Shifts that are afoot!
Eclipses by their very definition create alignment...Alignment among our Sun-Earth-Moon. From a mystical perspective this is the alignment of our Light-Center-Dark; External force-Equilibrium-Internal force. The very physical force of aligning 3 major planetary bodies naturally pushes all life forces on them into alignment with one another. It will "squeeze" out any further patterns, energies, ideas, paradigms, beliefs, etc that do not align within the higher frequency range of the Aquarian Era (new earth energy grid).
Not everyone welcomes this shift. For many who are not aware or not doing their work it will create fear and discomfort which activates their survival mode. They strive to create a sense of security by holding on to the familiar old ways. Their resistance will create further friction and chaos. The shift already has momentum. It will not stop. There is no going back. Allow the friction and chaos to burn itself out. Do NOT feed it energy. Obsessive thinking, worrying, etc. only fuels the fire.
Instead fan the flames of creation! Focus your attention on what you are to create. Coddle, nurture, sprout and bloom what is in your highest good, your soul passion, your life mission. This will help build further momentum in the direction of our new higher frequency range. It lays the groundwork for our new life paradigms and social structures. Tip: if it is authentically in alignment with your highest good, it must be in alignment with the greatest good of all. We are all one great life force.
The first eclipse is a Partial Solar on the New Moon (10/25). Its focus is infusing the new beginning with higher level life force. I suggest you follow suit. Focus with intention and action upon what you are to begin creating or leveling up in your life. Start this weekend with honest visualization of what you feel called to level up in your life...all aspects of it. And then get to it - visualize, set the intention, create a plan and TAKE ACTION. Hold this focus and keep up the action till the Total Lunar Eclipse on the Full Moon (11/8). At this point, stop and evaluate how it's going. Take a step back, center and clear your system. Use the illumination of the full moon to see what is working, what needs redirection and then reset vision, intention, plan and action accordingly. The full moon is not the completion of the moon cycle. It is the full illumination of the moon and our internal forces. The completion comes at the Last Quarter moon. With honest analysis and some tweaking, your creation will be successfully rooted into the new world, providing a strong foundation for your next leveling up in the next moon cycle.
To keep all four energy bodies strong, centered and clear through this intense period, here are a few friendly reminders and some new info:
1. Physical - it has just gone through a mega transformation at a deep cellular level in prep for the new eclipical alignments. Be gentle. Be kind. Be still and simply allow the body to process this sacred experience. More water, less doing and no toxins.
2. Emotional - let go of what is gone, just breathe and release. Recognize we are conduits at times to filter and clear generational and collective traumas and toxic patterns. Do not attach. Emotions are fluid. Allow them to flow through you.
3. Intellectual/Mental - Bring in new positive knowledge and understanding of the world around you, especially earth and fellow earth beings. Stimulate the brain and the mind. Bring in new perspectives to inspire expansion into new energy fields/frequencies. Stay out of conspiracy crap - it only feeds fear, eats away your power and fuels low frequencies (that need to dissipate) My latest brain stimuli: Books- Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton and An Immense World: How Animal Senses Reveal the Hidden Realms Around Us by Ed Yong. 4. Ethereal - Stay aware of your energy system. Do regular check-ins without judgement but with rigorous honesty. Level up your energy hygiene: Clear, rejuvenate and shield at least once a day!
Special Note #1: In this round of energy system upgrades, I have noticed 2 common issues worth noting: 1. Some of the old energies that are coming up are so ancient and so embedded in our systems there are no past life memories attached. They are patterns and paradigms that were rooted in when we first integrated our consciousness into human form, pre-homo sapien times. It has then become entangled in our other past lives. This stuff is hard to identify and can be very painful to release. It can also be quite complex, crossing generational or DNA lines and shifting back and forth between realms/dimensions/timelines. 2. Clients have needed their energy range to be boosted up a notch or two into the new earth energy grid. It's like they are 85% of the way up there but there are just a few cords or other unidentified blocks holding them in the old paradigms/energy grid. They are like the pictures on the wall that we don't see any longer b/c it has hung there for decades. It feels like part of the fabric of our very existence.
Special Note#2: Around 10/9 a SuperNova from a galaxy within the constellation of Sagitta exploded. It blasted earth with record levels of gamma rays which penetrated deep into the earth and all its creatures (including us.) It had no intent to harm us, however, it was exceptionally low frequency with a strange/alien rhythm that did not agree with our solar system's frequency range. Many felt sick, sad or really off base when it penetrated. In general, we shook it off and are sweeping it out. However, it can stick to personal and collective lower frequency issues (stress, grief, anxiety, physical ailments, etc.) making it difficult to move through and heal. In short, this Eclipse season will further reveal outdated paradigms around power, governance and control. We have the opportunity to realign with higher frequency to create new paradigms of where there is a balance of empowerment, responsibility and ease of flow in our personal lives and collective organization. The pillars of the new energy grid were embedded last year. Now we focus on creating the network (paradigms) that connect the pillars. We are laying the network for the new energies to flow through, connecting all of us to higher realms. As the network stabilizes in the coming months, we will begin to prepare for the next phase of creation! All the while the old will be taking care of its own dismantling. It will go kicking and screaming. All things fight for their own survival. Let it do its thing. Let us stay focused on our sacred work of ascension and expansion into a reality never imagined before.
