This last weekend we crossed through the midpoint between Solstice and Equinox. A time to pause and reset. The Full Moon providing us inner illumination to find a deeper alignment as we reset. Living in a retrograde free world for the last 2 weeks, I hope you are rediscovering your stamina and fortitude in order to increase the forward motion of manifesting the next phase of soul ascension.

I also hope that you have taken the time to process all the intellectually heavy info I shared in the last email. It is now time to beginning building upon that knowledge with action steps!!! Knowledge provides the sustainable power behind our manifestations. To truly manifest a new higher frequency reality, we must understand what we are doing and why. Otherwise we can easily be thrown off course or manipulated into another’s agenda.

There are 3 topics to cover today:

1. Further details on how to move from primitive brain instinct to higher self intuition.

2. The influx of uninvited ET’s that came through solar portals (sun spots/flares) last month. What they want, how to identify and deal with them.

3. The Announcement of ELEVATION 361* - for real - this time - it is happening!

As always, before we dive in, take a moment to center into your higher self channel and commit to processing the information with an open and discerning mind. Honor you by ensuring it resonates with your higher self before accepting it as your truth. We may walk the same path along the spiral of ascension but our view points are always uniquely ours.

Here we go….First, the follow up to my last email. I talked about how the core of our ascension into the new earth energy grid (EEG) is about moving out of survival brain into to higher self consciousness. We are moving from instinctive reactions into intuitive responses. We are learning to utilize our ethereal senses to make consciously aware responses and choices instead of fear based reactions. We are learning to recognize and engage with the nonphysical life around us; expanding our awareness of reality beyond the ‘3D’ physical.

The first step is understanding what the primitive brain is. Simply put it is the autonomic nervous system, the hormones, the brain stem and the experiential conditioning over lifetimes/generations that imprinted in our DNA. If you do not understand the mechanical workings of these systems, please, please, look them up. Dr. Joe Dispenza has a mini series “Rewired” on Gaia TV that provides the needed info with reference to our quantum energy fields and the shift to higher self governance. Totally worth a one month subscription.

Once you understand the physiology of the primitive brain, you can begin to train it along with your ego to follow your higher self’s lead. By learning to control the breath, the adrenal reactions, the blood pressure/rate/rhythm, you buy yourself lead time before an instinctual reactions is triggered; allowing the higher self to process an intuitive response. Breath work is key to this control. There are a ton techniques on google. Just keep it simple and practice regularly.

Once you gain enough lead time, you can recognize what the trigger is and begin to peel it back to it’s roots for healing. It is best to analysis it in a safe space not in the moment of realization. Honor the process of awareness and healing as it resonates with you. The root may be past life, generations or societal. It may not even be yours. It have just stuck to you during trauma. It could come from a parallel life or alternate dimension. Remember we are clearing the conditioning from before humans gained individual consciousness…really old sh*t!

*a side note: I do not refer to the primitive brain as reptilian. This is highly incorrect. Reptiles are powerful, wise creatures ascending along their own path. Their evolutionary process has provided them with skills we could never comprehend and a unique insight earth’s reality.

While training the primitive brain, you learn the components of the higher self intuitive system and ways to build up a strong, deeply connected system that will produce more effective, intuitive responses/choices - even creations/manifestations - replacing the need for fear based reactions/choices/habits. Understanding the physical components of your system is the first step: the pituitary and pineal glands, the parasympathetic nervous system, and the spine. Dr. Dispenza’s Rewired series provided a concise and clear explanation of this too. Then you can move on to learn the energy flow of the higher self channel from above the head down to pineal through the spine into kundalini, as well as, how it flow through the rest of the system. I have found the key to the success of growth in ANY field is a solid foundational understanding of the base components. This is especially true if the goal is to ascend into uncharted frequency ranges.

And it is even more necessary to ensure we are not taken off our course by manipulation, deceit or just misinformation. By understanding our systems, we know what is ours, what is not ours, we can tell what is healthy or not, we sense when we are veering off course, when we need adjust our speed or change direction. We no longer are led astray by our outdated, ill-conditioned survival triggers or outside influences. We are the directors, the caretakers and the masters of our own destiny!

This brings me to my second topic…

2. The arrival of our uninvited other dimensional guests. As I mentioned in the last email, we are at a critical juncture in the creation of our new EEG. I talked about the massive sun spots that sent us an influx of unusually intense energy. Well, as we all know, ethereal and alien communities from all over the universe have been watching our Earth Ascension Project (EAP) for eons. This is the first time we have come this far in the securing a higher frequency range. Before we failed much earlier on and had to start over (Lumeria, Atlantis, 1st Ancient Egypt, etc.) As you would imagine, everyone is tuned into the show!

As varied as their galactic origins, so are their intentions. Some are just observing, collecting data to take back home. They have agreed to stay out of the way. Others are looking to benefit from our work. They have motives that do not necessarily align with ours, yet they feel entitled to intrude and interfere…

….Before I continue, I ask you to breath and re-center. Do not let this message trigger your primitive brain. This information is intended to be empowering not fear based….

We are at a pivotal point. We have solidified the base levels of our new EEG. Humans, because of individual consciousness, create a unique bridge between the physical and ethereal dimensions. We are the main component of the higher frequency range of the new EEG. I explain in the 8-1-21 email. Anchoring these frequencies into the grid, have created a powerhouse resource of raw creation energy! This is an unprecedent energy resource, a power in the universe that many covet for various reasons. Some ET’s feel they need it for survival of their world, others want control for narcissistic reasons or have convoluted ideas of what is best.

Here is the difference between us and our uninvited visitors…..Before we first started this EAP, before humans were upright, before we as light beings moved in, we talked with earth and it’s earthlings. We all agreed that we would honor one another’s path, we would work together to support our ascension, we recognized and committed to the same goals. What few ever talk about is that earth and representatives from all the earthlings both physical and nonphysical have an equal seat at the Ascension Council. It is not a galactic federation or a governing body. It is a collaborative collective counsel for the EAP. We all have agreed to work together to ensure respect, honor and success for all. Yes, we have made mistakes, stepped on toes, misconstrued our roles but under it all, we are succeeding where no other project like this has before. Details of missteps and still needed corrections are for another day….

What matters today is that we hold our balance and our focus on our EAP. How do we do this? First, do not let anyone or anything trigger our primitive brain. We stay in alignment with our higher selves and maintain a discerning eye on all that is transforming around us. I have found these ET to be quite egotistical and brazen. They are not above manipulation or lying to get a hook into the new EEG. They have tried to present themselves to me as an Archangel through someone who channels - it was not channeling, it was more like possession. They have appealed to me in times of exhaustion by offering to “fix it all” if I just surrender and trust them. They have attempted to enter my dreamscape under the guise of assistance and when I refuse they try force. They have hooked into spiritual teacher/leaders - who were stalled on inner work and were drifting into conspiracy theories and fear.

- I realize this too feels fear based and hopeless. But its not! It is empowering to know what is happening and to be able to secure your own wellbeing along with the wellbeing of our collective ascension.

Here’s how to stay in your power…. First remember, this is our turf. They are out of their element. We are the creator here, own your sovereign domain. They have to get you to give away your power, in order to anchor in. If your intuition is guiding you, you will know there is something off about the interaction. If it smells funky, it is funky! Just shut it down and walk away. After a while they become like flies in the summer heat - just swat without thought and go on about your business. If you get sucked in and can’t seem to clear it out, reach out to myself or another trusted energy worker. They can be sneaky and are powerful. Sometimes we need an outside perspective to find and clear it all.

A few red flags: 1. Ask for explanations or references. If the person or entity gets angry, refuses or side steps, they are hiding their truth. 2. If they tell you to “just trust them” or if you don’t trust them things will go badly - they are not being honest. No true lightworker in any form would expect blind trust/faith. 3. If they are not practicing what they teach or they are blaming others for their issues, they are not being honest with anyone. 4. They are too glowing, too bright or too benevolent - too good to be true IS false!

Own this moment in time with gratitude, wonder and delight. It is because of you, each of you, doing your work that we have ascended into a new era and created a new energy frequency of existence.

It can also be a bit overwhelming and confusing. Remember, you are one of many and many of one. We are all interconnected in the ascension light. You are love. You are light. You are in the right place at the right time. And if you are struggling, honor yourself with the care you need.
