It’s hard to believe my last newsletter was at Solstice. And here we are at Equinox. Wow. Just Wow. What a doozy of a few months it has been.

So much crazy, intense shifting is occurring at all levels of life, from the macro-cosmic to the micro-personal and deep within each of those levels. But I don’t need to tell you - you are experiencing it along side me! :)

Today, I am called to dive deep into the paradigm of time and it’s relation to the mega shifts that we are moving into with the approaching Equinox, Eclipses and Solar activities. I am also called to explain a bit of where I have been….

Ready? Let’s get to it…

As you know by now- ALL of life is interdependent upon one another. All beginnings are endings of something else. All endings are the beginning of something else. As we are saying good-bye, we are also saying hello - even if it doesn’t feel like it at the time. Often our consciousness is focused only on one aspect of the life cycle. We are either grieving the past or anticipating the future. We don’t recognize the overlap which is the present. Our human time structure is about singling out parts of time instead of overlapping cycles. We have broken up our experience on planet earth into unnatural timelines, of weeks, months and years. Think of how we approach those divisions. It’s a new day so it’s a new start. What about the night? and dusk? and dawn? The day is a continuation of the dawn, which was continuation of the night, which was a continuation of the dusk. You get the picture. Humans hold massive celebrations and rituals around the New Year. As if magically the old is torn from the book of life and everything resets on January 1st. Which is out of sync with the earth’s cycle of seasons, where birth is amplified in the spring. Life is viewed as a series of stops and starts not a continuous flow of life force.

Here is the another thing. We say “being in the present moment” is the key to inner peace or to being in an ‘awakened’ state. We teach the process of “being in the present” involves releasing the past and resisting the reach into the future. It is about sitting in the stillness of the present. As if they are 3 separate moments in time.

I use the pronoun ‘we’ b/c I have been a part of this belief system. It is one of the major paradigms I have been breaking down in my personal life. As I have been striving to sit in the present, I realized that the present tense is not a point in time but a convergence of the past and future. It is the conscious awareness of the continued fluidity of energy flow - specifically the “space” where the past and future are overlapping to continue the never-ending cycle of life. As I sat in this presence of conscious awareness, I did as I always do with new ideas….I followed the energy lines (quite literally lines of light/colors/energy with interpretive messages) into the existential rabbit hole. Which opened into the most expansive awareness of life’s existence I have experienced to date….

In short, I took myself into yet, another existential crisis and then had to work my way through to the other side. Why? b/c that is what my higher self came here to do. Why? b/c with each painful journey of conscious expansion, I gain a deeper sense of understanding for the global-collective’s journey of ascension. With that, I can hopefully provide support and guidance for your soul’s journey.

As our solar system shifts further into the Aquarian Era, paradigms (belief systems/perceptions of life) and the accompanying structural systems (human & planetary) from the Piscean Era begin to breakdown at an accelerated rate. The weight of old hardened infrastructure disintegrates, realities naturally buoy upwards into higher frequencies. The pressure to build new belief systems that explain the new reality and social structures that create order intensifies. The acceleration of a new reality speeds up - this is acceleration of time in the 3D linear sense.

We are experiencing this acceleration of shifts from the old into the new in every aspect of life. The old ways are deeply imprinted into our systems (individual, society, even earth’s climate/geological systems). Many of these go back to the very beginning of individual consciousness in humans and/or the formation of earth itself. They will take more than a couple years to dissolve. The new ways - have NEVER been attempted. We, as a collective, have not ascended this far ever before. We are literally creating our new realities on the fly, in frequency ranges we have not worked with before in this physical dimension.

This is a whole hell of a lot to process and navigate at one time. Everything we once new to be true has been uprooted. The basic truths of life on earth that our bodies depend upon for a sense of grounding - like seasonal weather patterns - has shifted, causing a sense of insecurity even fear. And there is no where in the new world that feels stable enough to lean on for support.

Our survival brains are ever alert. So many are gripping tighter to the old ways. Desperately hoping that if they command the old to stay; normalcy and security will return. Others have jumped into the abyss of theories of our new world. Constantly search of anything that will explain the turbulence - in hopes this will bring a new normalcy and security.

All the while, we are striving to be still in the present tense for peace. Seems counter-productive, eh?

Here is the key - life is a cycle. We are continuously birthing something new as something else is dying. Time is simply the continuous movement through this life cycle. The past is continuously dying. The future is ever being born. Present tense is only the experience of these two simultaneous events. Being present is an action, a motion of energy we are consciously experiencing. It is not and can not be still. Energy is motion. Life is the cycle of this motion.

This is the way of the new Aquarian Era - a reality of inclusiveness. We are expanding beyond the dualistic-polaristic constructs of the Piscean Era into a realm of inclusiveness. Our planet is shifting into higher conscious awareness through the influx of higher solar energies. What humans call a climate crisis is earth elevating into higher frequencies. It is calibrating to a new higher equilibrium. Yes, we as humans have accelerated it but earth will still succeed. As you experience the massive earth shifts such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, fires, floods, freezes etc., I encourage you to see them from an elevated perspective of where life is in a continuous shift of both birth & death; past & future. Allow yourself to feel the grief of the earth we have lived so many lives on dissolve while also celebrating the hope and excitement of what our beautiful planet is morphing into.

Our energy systems are being prompted to do the same. We are evolving at an unprecedented rate. Allow yourself the grace to feel the pain and anguish of past timelines and patterns breakdown, while also embracing the joy and wonder of what you are growing into.

As I mentioned, time is accelerating as the momentum builds with each ascension shift. This mean the overlapping of past-future and birth-death is greater. When time was slower, it felt as if there were pauses between, where our brains could process experiences. There is no more illusive pauses.

Today we need to be in top notch energy shape to manage and process all that is happening at one time. The first step is taking greater care of our 4 energy bodies (physical, emotional, intellectual, ethereal) so they can run at higher frequencies. The second step is recognizing how well the 4 energy bodies are integrated with each other and how you treat and view your energy system as whole being.

Then check where you are separating yourself from the natural continuous cycle of life. And take note of where you are embracing the natural flow. Then make the necessary shifts you need to expand your conscious awareness and acceptance of all life without judgement. A great place to start is with the moon cycles and the seasons.

Finally, release the idea of “stilling the mind”. Try embracing it’s natural flow and teaching yourself to navigate that flow. Widen the lens at times to view the macro of life, narrow the focus to find the particulars of an emotion, slow it a bit to hear it’s depths, direct it through your energy stream and a times simply allow it to observe itself. These may seem like wacky ideas. And they are. They are also very tangible energy work exercises to build the stamina of conscious awareness so you can expand into higher frequency levels/dimensions. Think of them as cardio and weight lifting for your consciousness. This is how I learned to do what I do in various dimensions.

In the very beginning of this newsletter, I mentioned the Equinox, the Eclipse Season and an uptick in Solar activity. - Well, all those things are only super charging the acceleration of change in our solar system, our planet and within ourselves. Friends, the volume and speed of it all is ramping up! The Equinox is the great re-balancing of all earth systems/cycles at the latest accelerated rate and frequency range. Take time for internal rebalancing so you are ready for the incoming upgrades of the eclipses. The Eclipses will force a higher level of alignment in all aspects of life on earth. The solar activity (just had 2 mega flares, a bunch of minor flares & a lot of geomagnetic storms/disturbances this last week) are intensifying it all with influxes of higher frequency energies.

I highly encourage you to read back through these ramblings and take time to absorb it. The incoming eclipses and solar maximum will bring massive earth and human changes in the next few months. I know you feel them. I hope after this newsletter, you are more inclined to embrace the totality of this magical time in our collective ascension. I hope too that you are more empowered to stand in your truth and navigate your personal ascension as you feel called.

As a final note, I am called to share with you a bit of my path down the existential rabbit hole! It was not a pretty or graceful one. I struggled with some heavy depression and compassion fatigue around my energy work and the point of it all for a bit. I lost hope in the spiritual community as I began to see so much surface level, consumerism flowing. This led me to set in motion 2 paths: 1. I dove deeper into my energy work, leading to some of the most profound sessions and experiences I have ever had. 2. I set out to manifest a normal life with a regular (yet, purposeful) job. This month #2 actualized. I took a 2 week sabbatical from energy work. 4 days into to the regular job, it became radically clear, that path was only a phantom of an old dream. It had to play out so I could realize it was not the path my soul desired. The work I do requires a great deal of solitude, simplicity and immense dedication - this must increase if I am to grow further. I thought I was missing being part of the human world but that was a leftover of an old me. Today, I am embracing the totality of grieving a life I did not choose, while celebrating this life I am choosing at a new higher level.
