Wrapping up Eclipse Season @ Full Moon - A Paradoxical Time
Over the last few days, we have been through a really strong geomagnetic storm (G3) and the Lyrid’s meteor shower plus, some impressive planetary alignments. All as we begin to wrap up the eclipse season and Mercury retrograde this week. It has been a whirlwind of multi-level, full spectrum energy shifts - to put it mildly!
I know we are all working to find our footing in this new bandwidth of higher consciousness.
Many were a bit by surprised at the depth level which past patterns and emotions were drudged up from our core. It has truly been the mega hyper-intense energy shifting that we have been preparing for and anticipating for months!!
There is a ton to unpack and make sense of in this moment.
However, we are all a bit scrambled and kind of wobbly in this new bandwidth, plus, there is a bit more pattern/emotion clearing to do.
At the same time…deep within our soul, we have a sense of calm and understanding that all is okay. Actually we know it is more than okay. It is just as it should be. We feel supported and secure with a hint of hope.
Oh, the paradoxical new earth reality is in full force. Welcome to The Aquarian Era - The 5D - The Higher Conscious Reality - The Next Level of New Earth Energy Grid. Call it what you like. It’s still totally uncharted territory!
We are in an expanded consciousness - along with our earth and our solar system. We are bringing awareness beyond the polaristic-dualistic 3D world. We are learning to accept, even embrace, both light & dark, past & future, high & low, above & below as a whole, present-tense, expanded reality.
Ah, hold on a minute….
After staring at the computer screen for days, trying to type coherent sentences, I must accept my brain does not have the stamina or the mental clarity to do so. I know what it is I am trying to say. I have a solid understanding and a deep clarity within me. However, my whole body is going through such deep changes that it can’t form complete thoughts and typing them into coherent sentences at the moment. Heck! My fingers are struggling to move to the proper keys and my eyes refuse to hold focus.
I am guessing, most of you don’t have the stamina to process some deeply analytical, philosophical thesis at the moment either!
There are emotional releases, personal identity reconstruction, physically upgrading, mental reprogramming plus, all the life style and relationship changes that come out of these internal shifts. The collective and the earth are going through the same stuff. We are all processing these shifts intensely yet, differently.
All of this is happening because, the eclipse season, overlapping the hyper-intense manifestation period has forced upgrades to the base quantum energy field of our existence. I know, this is more deep thinking stuff that we (or at least I) do not have the brain power for at this moment.
I’ll just say this….take time to slow down and work with the subtle changes in your system. Recognize this shifting could be triggering your survival mode (fight/flight, trauma responses). Breathe and calm your system. Then move into observation mode. Without judgment, allow yourself to observe the changes and work with them. Don’t make instinctive reactions or major changes at this time. Instead, pause. Process the incoming information with new found awareness then make conscious, wise choices.
At the physical level, many are experiencing upgrades to their endocrine system, especially the pituitary and adrenal glands. This is causing changes and turbulence to various parts of the body. Hormones do play a part in all body functions. They are also a major player in expressing emotions. If you are feeling intense emotions, it could be due to the re-regulation of the endocrine system rather than the situation around you. It could be your body is ‘burning off’ old emotion/hormones that have been stuck at a cellular level. I.e. cortisol from past stress/trauma in the fat tissue.
This is happening because we are elevating from survival instinct into higher consciousness intuition. I’ll share an in-depth explanation about this and everything else that is happening the next newsletter - which will come sometime in the next week or so.
For now it’s all about witnessing and experiencing the personal shifts into this uncharted expanded consciousness reality. To assist you in this….
