Many of us have been feeling scrambled, unfocused and ungrounded most of Spring. Like the our entire worlds (inside and out) are fractured, fragmented and scattered all around us. Yet, we continue to do our inner work, the best we can. We know there is a direction and we are desperately holding on to the any memory of which way to go. Deep in our souls we feel all is well. We continuously remind ourselves the energy dust storm we are living in is just the old paradigms breaking down; making room for the new.

But Gosh-Darn It. We’ve been at it for a long while now… It’s getting hard to breathe. Even harder to see through the dust to where we’re going. We’re told to stay positive, hold the belief, blah, blah, blah….Ughhhg. We’re exhausted and really need a boost of clear positivity.

This Solstice will brings us the opportunity to clear some of the dust and to create some fresh air. Yes, you read that right….we are still doing the work - we are doing the clearing and creating. But it can be a fun activity this time! (really, this is not sarcasm)

With the season of growth (Summer) beginning for most of the human species on earth, we begin to actively develop the next level of our earth energy grid by growing our human connections. It is time now to shift our perspectives and the actions that follow. It is time to fully embody our truth and actively integrate our higher frequencies into the new paradigms, the elevated ways of this new earth reality. It is time to infuse our new earth energy grid with sustainable high levels of consciousness. Prompting change, growth and ascension throughout our budding societal structures and community relations.

Personally, I often feel there is the ‘spiritual me’ in my bubble of work and solitude. And there is the ‘regular human’ me, that goes out to interact with the everyday world. This in itself creates a fragmented sensation which is tiring! Until now, this separation was protecting my inner growth and development of the higher frequency energy field. It created a protective incubation for the sprouting of my part in the new earth energy grid until those new ways were strong enough to be replanted and to take hold in the new reality. This is where all of us leading-edge lightworkers have been. *if you are reading this, you are one of us!

As we move into our annual growing season, it is time to transfer the sprouts from the safe haven of our greenhouse bubbles into the wide open fields our collective environment. It is time to set ourselves free. To have the courage to share with our communities the beauty and strength of a new way of interacting, supporting and ascending together.

It is our interaction, connection and relationships with one another - basically the level of healthy respect, honor and grace we share amongst each other that is creating the new earth energy grid.

At this natural shift in earth’s life cycle to the phase of strong growth, our sprouts mature into strong plants, courageously weathering the elements to bare a bounty come harvest. We, human earthlings, honor the same cycle. We now step out into our communities, our neighborhoods, our local civic groups and nonprofits to demonstrate the new way of growing and supporting one another.

Be present with others when you are around them. Acknowledge them with kindness, friendliness. Don’t make assumptions or judge. Get involved in projects and organizations that light up your heart and empower others. Be careful not to slip into charity or pity. It is not about saving or fixing people. That is dishonoring and disrespectful. It is about believe others are truly doing the best they can with where they are. See them as fellow light beings who are here to learn, grow and heal at a soul level. We get to now offer a new perspective of personal empowerment. Embrace opportunities that support others in developing their self-responsibility and empowerment. There is no need to preach or teach - just show up and be the most authentic you that you can be!

In short, it is time to infuse humankind with the beauty, love and support of a new higher conscious reality. Go be the shining light that you are. Search for the commonality in us all - our desire for safety, connection and opportunities to improve our lives. Seek places to share joy, tranquility and kindness.

It is by creating the stronger human connections at varies levels, we find unity within ourselves and our lives. The recognition of our interdependence brings grounding, clarity and direction of purpose. This is how we settle the energy dust bowl.

As I often say, the future is not written. We are the creators of the new earth reality. The beginning of our creations have sprouted within us. Now we chose if they grow into strong healthy plants with a large bounty at Autumn harvest….
