Super-Duper Important Solar Energy Update and a Higher Harmonics Mediation

This is a short - well, short for me! - super-duper important ascension energy update….

Because it is so important, I am offering a last minute meditation - details are at the bottom.

First, for those who are new to the Elevated Spiral newsletter - I don’t write to keep you ‘engaged’. I only write to share important and useful information. At times, you won’t hear from me for months. Other times (like now) it’s more often. Our time and energy is sacred. I promise to honor it always.

Now to the important stuff!

Earth has been in the midst of very strong geomagnetic storms for several couple of days now. These are G-3/strong to G-4/severe with a K-index of 7-8, only dipping to 5-6 on occasion. Coronal Massive Ejections (CMEs) are high frequency energy that is ejected from the sun during solar flares. Earth has been consistently receiving them (more bluntly put - been bombarded by them) for over a week. The CMEs stir up earth’s magnetic field, creating geomagnetic solar storms. In other words, higher frequency energy is injected to our earth’s atmosphere. It both raises the planetary frequencies and stirs up all the old lower frequencies, so they can break down and transmute back to neutral. And with 5 planetary retrogrades, including Mercury and the peak of the Perseid Meteor Shower and we have an off the charts leap into a new level of ascension!

Incoming CME’s and the ensuing geomagnetic storms are projected to continue for a few more days!

We are now going in even deeper to the great shifts, so that we may rise even higher. This is no joke. It is critical - yes, CRITICAL, that you tend to your energy system at all levels (physical, emotional, intellectual, ethereal) during this time. We as a planet, a collective and as individuals are moving into new timelines. Old ones are collapsing. You may either walk willing in your power into a higher conscious reality OR you can be dragged into it. The choice is always yours.

At the moment, you may be having very bizarre experiences and sensations. You are witnessing the collapse of old timelines and dimensions. They have been partially open waiting for you to choose that path or give up the “would of, should of and could of’s.” Release the regrets and the unsureness. Accept where you are and take action in a higher trajectory (healthier life path). Or be dragged along, kicking and screaming….again the choice is yours.

Blame all typos and grammatical errors on the solar storms - my brain is scrambled and unfocused too! In fact, these energies are so intense and the quantum field is shifting so much, I had to reschedule a few sessions. I was not able to safely and reliable do energy work. This has only happened a handful of times (most of them this year!)
