A retrograde-free phase, overview on the progress of the Earth Ascension Project & so much more!
Earlier this week we entered a “retrograde free” world. This is a significant shift in collective energies of our planet and our individual energy systems. Especially since it happened at the new moon, you may be hearing a lot about how this is the time to dive into creating your desired world; a peak time to manifesting that dynamic “5D” life; and whatever….
Yes, for the next 3 months, we are in a full forward motion of creating at the new higher frequency range. But hang on…before we go on an impulsive manifesting spree, it is critical that we pause, recognize, and integrate all the changes that have occurred of the last year. As we have been trying to find a new sense of normal in a post-pandemic world, we may have overlooked the deeper more significant shifts. They have been unprecedented monumental shifts at the core existence of life on planet earth, even from the core of earth itself.
Believe me, after this intensely draining and emotionally exhausting last few months, I would much rather begin manifesting like I won the lottery! But if we follow our impulses for instant release and gratification; we will fall back into survival brain. We will manifest old desires of familiarity that provide a false sense of security and comfort. They will align with the ‘old you’ not the new higher frequency, more consciously aware you who has transpired thru the deep soul work of this past year. Equally important your creations will not align with the higher frequency reality we have elevated into. This will create friction and disharmony for all.
Before we charge into these next 3 months, lets honor the past, so we can recognize the present and consciously create an elevated future ~ in harmony with one another.
**Actually, we better pause to brew a fresh pot of java and settle into a comfy space. This is critically important and intense information. It took over a week to formulate into a mostly coherent message…. :)

Here are the 3 main areas of energy shifts over the last several months:
We went through every single planetary retrograde possible, including Mars (only retros every 2yrs) and Venus (only retros every 1.5 yrs) This is the first time we have done a full earth life review since the beginning of the Aquarian Era. Retrogrades provide opportunity to review past perspectives on particular areas of our lives, this empowers us to shift perspectives into a stronger alignment with our higher selves. Propelling us to adjust our belief systems, choices and actions into higher trajectories (ascension). Because, this came on the heels of a 2 year of ‘global infrastructure review’, a.k.a. global pandemic (3/17/20-early insights) it allows us to take the reviews back to the roots of the human species ~ prior to the EAP, before humans began developing individual consciousness. This is about the original construct of how humans perceive themselves as individuals, in relationship to others and the world at large. Conditioned into the core (DNA) of our survival/primitive brain are patterns such as pack (family) formation, trauma bonding, sense of scarcity/hoarding, pack order/power structure, etc. 01/10/21 & 10/30/22 further explanation of the 2020 & 2022 Mars retrogrades and paradigm complexity. 12-20-22 covers Chiron and Mars retrograde.
Since Solar Cycle 25 began in December 2019, copious amount of higher level solar energies have been flooding our planet (and the whole solar system for that matter.) This last year it ramped up even further! Record after record has been made and then broken. Several flares came from the core of the sun. They were so massive they changed its vibrational rhythm. 4/20/22explains the solar effects. From an ascension stand point, the solar flares/rays have been blasting outdated lines of beliefs and societal structures, relationships and paradigms throughout all life forms including the planet itself. Like a power washer blasting away the ancient grime!
All the while, infusing higher frequency energies into the new earth energy grid ~ fortifying the foundation. Remember we, humans are the conductors and our relationships are the connecting lines for this new earth energy grid. 8/1/21, 12/14/22 & 12/20/22 give further explanations.
A little over a year ago, earth belched out some of its oldest, densest and lowest frequencies - the Tonga Undersea Volcanic Eruption. This has change every vibrational wave, rhythm and cycle on the planet. Scientist are continuing to discover the eruption’s influence. Further details-1/26/22. Since this eruption, everything on the planet has been working to find a new balance and alignment at a higher frequency range. This means all the animals, plants, minerals, etc., are ascending to a higher level of awareness. Animals are elevating further into individual levels of consciousness. You may have notice them acting different, maybe more engaged or communicative with you.
How do we use our powers of creation to build the next levels of this new earth energy grid? How do we ensure we are manifesting in alignment with our highest and greatest good?
First we recognize the overall theme of the current EAP phase is upshifting the base frequency (core foundations for life.) The old lower/denser frequency bases of the sun, earth and humans are dismantling while simultaneously building new frequency baselines. This is a process not a flip the switch. As the next layer of the new is secured, another layer of the old can be dismantled. Slowly we release the old and slowly we rise to find stability in the new. This is repeated over and over. Obviously, we are all interconnected and a shift in one, effects us all. We are all part of the same Slinky, stretching and springing along the trail of ascension as one long mostly untangled but totally interconnected coil.
Since we are in the human category, let’s focus on how we can best use our powers of creation to build the next levels of this new earth energy grid.
At the core of this shift is the very basic move from survival brain into to higher self consciousness. We are moving from instinct into intuition; from reaction into response. We are learning to utilize our ethereal senses to make consciously aware responses and choices instead of fear based reactions. We will still utilize survival tools, including fear but we are learning to manage them in conscious healthy ways. We are learning to recognize and engage with the nonphysical life around us. We are expanding our awareness of our reality beyond the ‘3D’ physical.
In order to do this, we have to become aware of the paradigms, societal structures, belief systems and ideal that have develop over generations (upon generations) from the original human conditioning of survival brain in DNA. Many of these beliefs/structures/paradigms have become outdated, corrupt, dysfunctional even toxic. Some ideals are being manipulated to perpetuate fear and co-dependence on the structures. This is heavy in the areas of marketing, commerce, governance, religion, social status, family relationships, etc.
Armed with awareness, we begin to heal the traumas created from the defunct systems. This releases us from the past so we can be in the present. As we find stability in the present, we can gain understanding our personal energy systems, our survival brain and relationship with fear. We learn how to manage the fight/flight response, practice conscious awareness and focus. We become empowered to control our own creations and realities. We move from reaction into response…
…..And, this my friend, is what we are to manifest in this fresh new full-steam ahead energy creation phase. It is not about things or outward experiences. It is all about mastering your energy systems at levels, not achieved in any incarnation before. Since the earth, sun and humans are intertwined in the quantum field and only able to “stretch” the frequency range so far; we all had to ascend to this new range, in order for us to ascend to a higher level of consciousness. As a human collective we are tipping into conscious awareness of non-physical energy realms. Many of you, my fellow wayshowers are working in the quantum field ~ sometimes consciously, sometimes in dreamscape or such. As we move into new frequencies, we must learn how our systems are effected by them and how to operate in them. It is pointless to do all the work of dismantling the old and building a new energy grid if we can not function in it, eh?
How to do this? Well, like you approach any skill you want to advance in. Recognize where you are, where you want to be, research the best way to get there, create a plan and take the first step. The only caveat is to make sure your plan is not based in any of the old world paradigms or has survival brain entanglements. In other words, make sure it resonates with your higher self ~ and only your higher self.
Don’t know where to begin? Start with basic energy hygiene (clearing, nurturing and fortify on a regular basis) Pay attention to where you are sending and receiving energy at the physical, emotional, intellectual levels then move to the ethereal. When you find a weak spot, take action to correct it and upshift that area. Learn to recognize what is your energy and what is not. Dedicate time and effort to practicing energy hygiene and stabilization. There are tons of guidance and tips throughout my past emails-turned blog posts.
Maybe you got the basics and need to figure out the next steps. Try switching angles on your current approach. Learn the science of the mystical or vice versa. All this dismantling and the whiplash of moving retrograde free has really stirred up heavy, low frequency emotional stuff. Many of us have been assisting in transmuting it back into primordial neutrality. This stuff is sticky and does not want to dissolve. You maybe feeling extra sad, full of despair and/or exhausted. Recognize that it is not yours or personal and clear it out with stern, steady focus.
Another wave of parallel worlds, alternate timelines and other dimensions are folding back into primordial neutrality. They may not want to go, they may be confused or fighting to survive, so they attach to a strong life force like a human to continue to survive. Some of these worlds you currently or formally did soul work in. You may even have a multi-dimensional version of you living there. It is vital that you pull your consciousness out of it and focus your energies into this reality. Otherwise, you will be exhausting your life force and manifest illness in both. Nor would it be pleasant to have part of your energy field folded back to primordial neutrality. This wave of dismantling and folding in of other worlds is happening right next to us in the frequency range of our dreamscapes. So, it’s not uncommon for our dreamscapes to get tangled up with other worlds, especially if you are a soul who does a lot of astral-travel or alternate realm work in your sleep. If you feel this is happening, breathe all your energy field down into your higher self channel several times and hold it there. Then slowly expand it back out into your chakra wheels.
