The entangled flow of Pluto moving into Aquarius last weekend, the full moon’s illumination of truth, the massive waves of new solar energies entering earth, earth moving into a retrograde-free period this weekend (Uranus goes direct) and the powerful release of energy from deep within the earth (countless earthquakes and volcanic eruptions) is creating a build up of pressure around the globe. It seems to wane and then grow stronger….then wane a bit less and grow even stronger. Winding up to powerfully expansive and elevated alignments of the Equinox-Eclipse seasons in just 6 weeks….

(dramatic theme music builds….)

This global pressure cooker is calling us to take action now! To get moving with our soul purpose! To move forward in our collective and individual ascension projects! It’s GO TIME! It’s exciting and hopeful! It’s what we have been waiting for and preparing for! It is what we came here for, right??!!

But then….we begin to wonder what the heck we are actually supposed to do…really, what are the action steps? How do we implement this sense of change into our lives? What is the new or next manifestation of our soul mission? What is the practical, boots on the ground game plan?

And then…most of us realize that we are still a bit exhausted from the last rounds of healing, clearing and recalibrating. We realize that the original soul mission plans, the one we incarnated with don’t fit any longer. The old modes of operation are no longer operational in this new frequency range.

So what the heck do we do now?

First take a deep breath. Then take two more and let it all out…

We are gonna do amazing new creation stuff…We are entering the next phase of construction for the new-earth energy grid, an expanded consciousness reality. Yep, there is still more deconstruction of old paradigms to be done but it is not our focus at the moment.

We will start with a comprehensive and practical explanation of this elusive earth ascension project. Then, we will discuss clear action steps that will ensure successful and graceful soul work through this unprecedent next phase of collective ascension.

Before you dive in below, I recommend brewing a fresh pot of coffee and settle into your safe, calm space. Take a few deep breaths, center and connect to your higher self. Take another breath. Set your intention to read with an open mind and a discerning soul.

Here we go….

As I have mentioned in past newsletters, humans are the main component of the new earth energy grid. This grid is the foundation of the higher conscious reality of the Aquarian era (some call 5D) In short, this means that all construction of a new higher frequency world depends on enough individuals raising their consciousness to connect into an energy grid that supports the manifestation of life in an elevated bandwidth of energy frequencies.

Let me break that down a bit.

By each of us raising our consciousness, we begin raising our frequency range. As we connect (i.e. communicate, interact, build relationships) at higher frequencies, we create new conduits or pathways for the higher energy current to travel - in turn creating a network that builds an energy grid through repetitive use. While we are continually growing and expanding, we naturally stop operating in frequencies that no longer align with us. Thus the whole bandwidth that we operate in raises, creating a new spectrum of reality. Those of us who are have been the first to “wake up” to this process have laid the initial pathways of the base foundation. There are now waves of folks “waking up” or actively raising their consciousness which continues to fortify and expanding the base foundation. Those of us who are in the leading wave are now working on the next phase. We are continually guiding and leading the construction of this new reality.

In a practical sense, the base foundation was all about breaking down limiting perspectives and allowing us to envision the possibilities of a new way of life. This had to happen through multiple angles of our consciousness. Technology challenged what we thought was possible in the areas of communication, health, commerce, science, connectivity, etc. The massive influx and flow of information provided new ideas to challenge our beliefs, social structures, religions and base life paradigms. With everything of the past being challenged and changed, we had a clearing to sprout a successful and strong new world foundation of unseen and limitless possibilities.

It is in this turbulent and unknown space, where the layers of the old are peeled back and the new is barely sprouting, we find clarity of our path. The original hierarchal pack order paradigms are based in a primitive parent-child power structure. This organization of control was critical for survival. It has been a powerful social organization driving the human consciousness to master the dualistic and polaristic constructs of this time-space continuum (3D reality). We have mastered the understanding of our individual consciousness by being separate from the whole. Our expansion of this understanding has reached it’s maximum. Now it is transmuting back into source (old paradigms breaking down) and we are spiraling up into the next level of soul learning….(drum roll, please…)

…in the Aquarian era. This next level of higher consciousness is about unity through individual responsibility and ownership of personal power. We are bringing together the knowledge of fluidity in oneness as nonphysical entities with the new wisdom of conscious individual freewill. Our souls origins naturally understand collective unity. We have been on earth in the 3D to learn how to embrace individual awareness and self governance of personal power. This could only be done by separating ourselves in the physical. Now we are blending the understanding of collective unity with the mastery of individual conscious governance to create a more expansive, higher level reality. This my friends truly is an unprecedent level of cosmic maturity!!!

Let’s talk about what raising our frequency range and expanding consciousness means at the practical level.

Since humans are the main component of the new earth energy grid, as we just discussed, our main soul purpose/mission, is to take full responsibility of raising, stabilizing and holding our energy systems in the next level frequency range. Sure, most of us have multiple purposes/missions. Most of those are really subsets of this main mission. For example, a soul mission to heal generation wounds has the deeper purpose of releasing the self and others from lower vibrations so everyone can raise their frequency. If one has incarnated to be a teacher, healer or guide, it is imperative they raise their frequency range to a higher consciousness in order to be successful and productive in the role. One can not lead, teach or heal what they do not have.

How do we raise and/or expand our consciousness to a higher frequency range? Often we think of this only in terms of our belief systems or our spiritual practices. That is part of it. But only part of it. Our energy range spans our entire being. It is a complex system made up is multiple internal systems each having their own rhythms, cycles, densities and frequencies. In order to fully raise our consciousness (ascend), we must raise the entire energy system - the whole energy bandwidth. Raising only part of our system will create misalignment and in efficient flow of life force. This will cause impairments, disruptions and/or vulnerability to to our manifestations, well-being and health.

Here is the basic anatomy of the human energy system:

1. 4 Energy Bodies: physical, emotional, mental/intellectual and ethereal which are interdependent and overlapping.

2. Main Energy Channel comprised of our higher self life force flowing from above the head down the spine through the pineal gland, life power center and into the kundalini.

3. Intuitive Processing Systems which is intrinsically intertwined with our instinctual-primitive brain. As we raise our consciousness/frequency range we move from instinctive/primitive reactions to intuitive/higher consciousness responses. Comprised of the pituitary gland, pineal gland, higher self channel. Works through nervous system and endocrine systems.

4. 8 Main Chakra Wheels which sit within the ethereal body and are that stack on top of one another to create our pillar of light. (yes, there are more little ones but we’re only talking basic here)

5. Aura: the energy that radiates beyond the chakra wheel pillar.

Taking a conscious active role in maintaining the health and continued evolution of our individual energy system is the key to building a successful and thriving new earth reality. This means not just learning the parts of the systems and following guided meditations to make them feel good. It means getting to know your personal system, it’s unique rhythms and flow. Learning to consciously direct, shift and flow energy currents through your system. Learning to detect when a current is disrupted or needs a higher alignments. It means embracing the personal lessons and opportunities for growth and healing you brought forth from past lives or earlier in this life. It means ownership of how you have developed to this point in life - the successes and the stumbles. It means recognizing that everything you do, say, feel, think, interact with effects the well-being and ascension of your incredibly complex and dynamically powerful energy system. That in turn resonates out into your contribution to the collective ascension.

Many folks have worked hard on raising their 4 energy bodies. They are striving to keep a clean physical body. They have healed many emotional wounds. They have built healthy mental patterns. They hold a strong ethereal body. These are essential components of a higher consciousness.

It is also essential to build a strong intuitive processing system and higher self channel connection so the default is no longer instinctual reaction of survival mode when waves of turbulent change flow through the collective. A well-developed intuitive processing system will steady the system and provide higher level understanding during turbulent times and maintaining a stable, safe connection with ethereal guides.

It is essential to develop a strong connection and familiarity within the higher self channel, so one always recognizes what resonates with their highest good, ensuring the ideas/energy of others is not swaying them away from their personal truth.

It is essential to feel the interconnectedness of the chakra wheels; fortifying a powerful pillar of light. This creates a sanctuary of nurturing, internal respite, as well as, a shining pillar of light for others to find their way to a higher consciousness and connection to the new earth energy grid.

This is not the human energy system of our ancestors. We are evolving and elevating at an accelerated rate, thus our system are also. For example, in the beginning of individual consciousness the chakras were small points of energy along the spine. As our consciousness elevated, our chakras have expanded to connect with one another then shifted into wheels. They intertwine and overlap; spinning counterclockwise (to the left) upwards into each other; ascending into higher frequency ranges. In our current collective ascension, the procreation and root chakras are shifting into one. Foundation and creation will be one in the same. They are slowly moving out of the color vibrations long associated with them. Methodically they are rising into a higher more unified light system. They are beginning to blend and flow into one another more fluidly; building one powerful pillar of crystalline energy.

The action we are being called to in this ‘Go Time’ is to elevate to the next level of consciously working with our energy systems. Wherever you are, it’s time to take the next step. The first and best thing to do is evaluate your current knowledge and understanding of your system. Are you working with outdated information or beliefs? Are you spending dedicated time alone feeling and experiencing your energy system? Are you truly and authentically taking full responsibility for your energy well-being and ascension?
