Finally the time has come to pause, reflect & meet the new you
We enter the final month of 2024 with a quiet new moon which leads us into Winter Solstice (for most humans, anyway.) We are called to slow down, pull in and reflect on an intensely challenging and fast paced year of core growth and deep healing. This is a time to cocoon in and assess where we have been, what we have learned. Recognize where we have triumphed and where there is more work to do. Most importantly it is a time to familiarize ourselves with the ‘new us’. To see how we have transformed and morphed into a higher, expanded version of ourselves. Looking deep into the ways we have reconnected with our core origins. Embrace how we have ascended into new heights of consciousness through changes in our beliefs, desires, opinions and choices.
It is a time to step away from the external. We don’t have to disengage, we simply detach and becoming more observant. We use the current situations and our higher viewpoints to compare the old us of early 2024 to the new us who is entering 2025. Taking note of our actions, expressions, thoughts and feelings. Observing how old triggers, conditionings and expectations no longer have dominance over us. Honoring how we reclaimed our power and matured our strength.
It was a fast paced, action packed year which makes it easy to overlooks some of it. Use the list below of key 2024 moments to prompt your memories of where your were and what your were experiencing in your personal lives during these times. Be honest. Be authentic. Be realistic.
Also keep in mind that there was a whole host of world events, including 2 major wars, and continued pandemic healing occurring. Plus, the triggering of past life traumas that we needed to tend to and release.
Jan 27th-Apr 1st. - a hyper-intense manifesting retrograde free phase with 3 Super New Moons - Intense creation of the new earth energy grid. Plus, Leap Year 2/29 to jostle the human cycle a bit.
Apr 8th - the Total Solar Eclipse on the 3rd Super New Moon and in the middle of Mercury retrograde. A mega influx of higher frequency energies and hard reset of the new energy grid throughout the physical aspects of the planet, including our human bodies.
May 10th - historic Solar Storm with auroras reaching near the equator. A mega round of massively intense solar energy propelling huge upshifts in the natural life cycles, including leaps in consciousness.
At Solstice June 20th - major Earth upshifts in consciousness - Icelandic volcanos, Asian Earthquakes, etc.
Early summer, the USA elections kicked into full swing drama-trauma. Biden drops out, Harris steps in, Trump is nearly assassinated and the fractures of the old patriarch continue to surface through November.
Mid-August with Mercury again in retrograde, there are major geomagnetic storms G-4 (severe) lasting several days - just as we are calibrating to the new higher frequencies of the last storms and the total solar eclipse, we have another mega round of massive solar energy propelling further upshifts in the natural life cycles and leaps in consciousness.
Sept 17th - 2nd eclipse season begins and sandwiches Equinox on Sept 22nd - Forced alignments of what works and what doesn’t work is pushed to the surface to be released. A special focus this eclipse season was closing/folding in outdated timelines (this life/past lives/alternate dimensions/unchosen paths/etc.)
Oct 2nd - Final solar eclipse of 2024 and the sun released an X7.1 flare followed by the largest solar flare in 20yrs - an X9.1 both send CME’s directly to earth - heralding in even more high frequency energy to push us upwards along the ascension path!
Nov. 3rd - the USA elections - the climax of a very exhausting summer and fall. Major emotional releases then complete energy deflation.
Nov 19th - Pluto moved into Aquarius, where it stays for nearly 2 decades. This greatly accelerates the building of the new earth energy grid which is the key to collective and individual ascension into the Aquarian Era or 5D consciousness - whatever you prefer to call it, it is without a doubt uncharted territory! A big unfamiliar shift throughout the solar system from the macro energies of our planet (all other planets too) to the very micro of our cellular structures.
Currently, we are in the first Mercury retrograde of the ‘Pluto in Aquarius’ energies, which is also the final Mercury retrograde of 2024 as we begin Solstice season with the new moon and on the heals of Mars moving retrograde. We are refining and upgrading our communication lines and preparing to overhaul our power centers in the new Aquarian energy range.
Yes, all that happened in less than 11 freaking months! I need a long winters nap after just typing out! :)
Finally, we come to December. Thankfully it is a magical time of year to carve out quiet, safe space for you to dive into a deep reflection of the past 11 months. Then take simple, easy actions to bring a stronger alignment between the more authentic empowered you and the life you are manifesting. This may play out as adjustments to interactions with people, upgrades to physical care, creation of healthier boundaries, new routines/habits, and most importantly more conscious energy field care.
Naturally, this is a perfect time for energy work to recalibrate the 4 energy bodies and to integrate the higher energies of the new you. Be sure to chose an energy practitioner who is working with the higher frequencies harmonics of the new earth energy grid. Ultimately, we are all seeking a deeper, higher frequency connection and equilibrium within ourselves, as well as, throughout the collective and the planet. We are coming into awareness of our interdependence and our independence. We seek a new balance between infinite connectivity and individual responsibility. This is the very nature of conscious ascension. As we slow down to acknowledge where we came from, how we have changes, and where we currently are; we will then find our footing and connect to the new path forward.
I promise if you take the time and create the sacred space to do a deep reflection, you will realize you have grown, matured and ascended beyond what you think. It has just been so fast and furious, we have not been able to look back and soak it all in.
Everything since December of 2019 when Saturn and Jupiter went conjunct has been unprecedented energy territory! It is all new uncharted creations - that you, my beautiful light beings, have been creating from scratch! If you are still in human form this December 2024 and maintain a bit of sanity, you are a Light Being Rock STAR! You are well prepared to move into the next incredible and uncharted phase of creating the new earth energy grid of 2025 and beyond! What an honor it is to be co-creating this new world with you!!
