A Solstice of Infinite Unity & Higher Tranquility, Breathe into Expansion

As we wrap up a year of deep healing and exception ascension, we reconnect to our origins of infinite unity and higher tranquility.

The pull between the holiday merriment with loved ones and the call to slow down, turn inward can be a struggle, creating exhaustion, frustration and anxiety. In the new Aquarian energies or 5D, it does not have to be one or the other. We are ascending beyond the limiting dualistic consciousness of either/or and into a reality where both can be true. We are expanding our consciousness beyond 3D to a place where we can embrace both side of polar opposites.

On this Solstice weekend, I encourage you to give yourself the give of breathing into your new found perspective of higher consciousness. Pause for a moment and allow yourself to just take it all in - the good/the bad, the busy/the still, the noise/the silence, the highs/the lows, the lights/the darks. Expand your perspective to a higher viewpoint. Open your energy field to embrace gratitude for the entirety of your life experiences. Then expand a bit further and higher, to see that your recognition of all is a new level of ascension.

Inhale and exhale more gratitude throughout your whole being. You are breathing the light of infinite unity and higher tranquility. You are a magnificent pillar of light from within, shining brightly outward - in perfect synchronicity with the sacred rhythms of earth on this Solstice.
