We start with 10-ish minutes of unrecorded community discussion about how the current cosmic energies are effecting us.

Then we dive into a guided meditation (approx. 40min) aligning our mind, body and spirit with the current cycles and rhythms of our sun, moon and planets; increasing conscious awareness of our sovereignty over our energy system & our well-being.
