Explanation of My Energy Work Style

What happens in a session

By following the energy connections through the densities of the physical body, thought patterns, emotional wounds, and generational traumas, we can find the roots of any issue. Together, we make the necessary energy adjustments (clear, untangle, close, raise, etc.) and bring you into alignment with your natural rhythmic flow. The mission of my work is not to just fix a person. It is to empower them with experiential understanding and knowledge of who they truly are and what they are capable of. I strive for folks to experience their own energy system and recognize within themselves the power to consciously shift their energy and their destiny.

Sessions begin with a short visualization process to attune our conscious in the present moment and create a protective work space. We work together to clear, shift and raise your vibration. You will be asked to breathe, visualize and/or move a body parts. You are welcome to ask questions and share information as you feel called. This is a team effort. The shifts are profound because the environment is relaxed and your are a conscious, empowered participant.

Important Things to Note:

  • Sessions are conducted over the phone or WhatsApp (no video). This ensures you have a familiar, safe and comfortable space to open and release at deeper levels. The physical barriers are removed so I may focus at multiple, deep energetic levels to provide powerful energy work.

  • For the first session, consider scheduling a 60 minute session. This allows time to dive deeper into specific topics that surface and provide space for questions you may have.

  • Sessions are always confidential. Your story is not my story to tell.

  • No topic is taboo. ALL experiences are an opportunity to learn and grow. This is a safe, judgement free experience.

  • You are welcome to record the session and/or take notes.

What to expect after a session

At the end of the session, you will feel lighter, relaxed and balanced. In the few days after a session, the physical, emotional and intellectual bodies are continuing to heal, detox and calibrate. This can cause you to feel a bit tired or achy. You may have some old emotions, thoughts or memories surface. They are simply being released. Following the re-calibration period, clients report feeling more focused, more emotionally balanced and more in tune with themselves.

To fully benefit from this session, it is important to honor the attunement process with sacred space, time and attention. Here are a few recommendations:

  • Plan to sit alone quietly and reflect on the experience for 20min-60min after the session. Allow yourself without judgement to feel the shifts.

  • Drink a lot of water! Water conducts energy and will help with the detoxing and re-calibration.

  • Over the next few days, slow down. Be more present in your life, so you can recognize the shifts and consciously assist the new patterns/habits to take place.

  • Eat healthy, high vibrational foods. Organic is best.

  • Choose positive forms of entertainment & relaxation in uplifting, healthy environments.
